Sleep and exercise for tenagers.

 Hello welcome back to my blog I hope your having a nice day.


Food is very inmportant both with health and just how good some of it can taste but although some of the good food can taste very bad it is still really important to eat it and in health calss this is one of the places were we are learning this.


So at the moment were doing a kinda theme about health,first we wrote a weekly eating plan with a group of 2-3 were the food would taste good but also healthy at the same time then later on we learnt about physacil health like working out and running and how it helps your body we also learnt about how important it is to have alot of sleep. 


First off here is my meal plan.














Everybody has a diffrent amount of sleep that they need to get so if somebody needs 9 hours of sleep someone else may only need 7-8 hours of sleep everybody is diffrent I find that I can run on very little sleep but it depends on how much sleep ive gotten before its like powering up then using the power up.I also found that must people go to sleep around 9-10 Pm.


Next we had to write two things we rememberd from the video about phsycil health. 

1. exersing can strengthin your heart becosue it is like a mussle.

2.exersising can help bring down your stress levels.

2021 hornby highschool.

Hello welcome back to my blog.


Starting highschool can be a very scary thing but its not all that bad many good thing can happen with starting high school you can learn new things that you enjoy through the many diffrent classes or the many groups that you are able to join.


There are certain classes throughout the week that only happen at certain times so youll need to learn you time table quickly that can be online through the school sight or you can go to the student office where you can ask them for a paper cut out of your time table. There is quite a big range of classes that you can do here at hornby high there are some classes that youll only get once a term these could be japanese,cooking,sewing,woodwork etc and even if you have pe 3 time a week they do this to see if you enjoy these things.


Another reason we have to do all they classes is becouse by the end of year eight you will have to choose your classes for the next year and since youve done all of them youll now what to expect even if they are a bit harder you will still know the basics.


And like primary we have EOTC week near the end of the year some of the places that we went to and will probably stay that way or be simaler is adrelinin forest jelly park town square and margrete mayhee.


Along with the classes that happen once a term there are other classes that you will have throughout the year like math,writing,pe and health. One of the classes that youll learn about first is wananga and form although these are in the same class they are infact diffrent,form is to tell you the notices so that if you have a class after that youll know what hapening throughout the day next is wananga these classes are mostly used to focus on mental health or about bullying mostly just to chill though there also used for tests.


As youve heard and probably had we now get free school lunches although by the time your here they would have changed I can garente that they are good. Lunch is free time where you can play games with your friends or just sit on your computer although your not allowed to go on your phone until your year 10. Lunch goes on for half an hour and like primary where you have morning tea and lunch we have interval and lunchand in the first 2 persiods before intarvil youll get some free food and then go out fro lunch there is also a fridge inbeetwen Ririro and Mohua.
