Body images.

Hello welcome back to my blog.

I have been working on something called 'your body' this is going along with our wellbeing thing so here is my work. (there were other questions but these were the main ones)

Options for ‘not worrying about your appearance’

Useful?

Not useful?

Healthy or Not?

Plastic surgery- medical change

No it may make you look fake or the implants have a chance of breaking

I don't think it is useful mostly because it is dangerous but if you want to change something say maybe your gender then go ahead

I think it is unhealthy like i said in the useful section it the implants may break

New Idea- Your body is not you

I agree with this idea like many cases people can have a different personality then what there body says this is an example

I don't know what to put here

It is healthy for your wellbeing but just don't eat to much sweet and fast food for health reasons

Physical exercise- change your body shape

I think it is useful it can not only help with your physical body but also with you mental and physical health

I still think its useful but if you say don't like exercising or have a medical issue then this may be a bad idea

Like i said in the first box it is healthy for you health and body

Another suggestion?

Thank you for reading my blog I hope you have a nice day and if it isn't to much of a hassle could you please donate to my fun run page I have a story on there here is the link and if that doesn't work here is this.

  1. Tau kē, Isabella. You have made a good effort here to consider the options for too much 'worrying about our appearance.' I agree that the idea that "we are not our body" is useful as we develop an awareness that we can be judged on our appearance...Did you like the idea of a 'soul' in the text?

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Helpful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
