Arts kete.

Hello for arts kete I chose to do comics here is what I have done.

The way we started our arts kete was by learning about comics. We then created a digital comic next we started planning our story which we were going to create. When we finished our story we then went to designing our characters. Next we got to designing the comic we had the option to take it home and I did and know its nearly finished all that I have left to do is outline it with black pen and then colour it in the comic that i made is just a little teaser of what is to come.

my plan.
Setting: forest

Main character:
Geo
Is a dragon
Has pockets on her belt that she puts small rocks in to use when she needs to defend herself

She is able to control the stone and make it go around her hands making giant fist

Has a huge burn scar going half way up her leg

Has a curse where she has 2 ghost that stay with her and is able to combine herself with and use there powers she calls them demon and angel

When she is controlling the rock if she clenches her fist hard enough she can make lava.

Mini back story
She not only become a pet by sacrificing herself so her pack could live she also has to fight her step brother who took over her pack while still trying to fit in with the villagers she's stuck with

The problem
Her stepbrother plans on finally getting the thing he had always wanted to rule this world and have geo dead

How she solves the problem
She traps her step brother and send him to a mental hospital where he gets something that makes it so he can't use his powers

Thank you for reading my blog.

  1. Hi Isabella

Thank you for sharing about your Comic strip. I enjoy how much detail you've put into your plan and I look forward to seeing how it comes together in your final drawings. Next time, make sure you include a photo of the work you have done so far so we can give you some feedback on your art work too!
