Hotspot about shoes ?

It's hotspot again and were doing it about shoes? its week five we had to do about 2 shoes sneakers and scuffs so lets get started.

Compare and Contrast

Contrast: 

Despite, However, Yet, Rather, Instead, Otherwise, Even though

Compare: 

Likewise, As well as, Either, Similarly, In the same way

Compare and contrast the two styles of footwear. Start with this sentence and finish the other two. Add your own compare and contrast sentences.

Introduction:  Today we are looking at a pair of sneakers and a pair of scuffs.

Compare: The sneakers are easy to put on. Similarly, the scuffs you just slide your feet into.

Contrast: Instead of having parts that keep your feet warm like the sneakers, the scuffs instead are very airy.

Conclusion: I think that the sneakers are the better choice because they are better for wearing through everyday stuff and is good for not only in winter but also in summer.

weekly word is back

It's time for some weekly word this time its sceptical know if you don't know what this is let me explain . The weekly word that we had been doing is different from the one we were doing before this one is more related to emotions so for example fragile the first thing that may come to you mind is an object like maybe paper that can be broken easily but what we are doing is finding out what it means by emotions so if you are emotionally fragile you may be very sensitive at the time.

its writing time

Hello welcome back to another blog post. Are you having a good day I hope you are.

Welcome back to another blog post I am planning on doing another blog post in my own time but for know i'm doing school work. Its writing time we have started to learn about something that is called Onomatopoeia this is a way of describing something using sound touch and the other senses

We first got some bullet points and put on some ideas we then had to turn them into a sentience or a tiny story (the parts that are high lighted in yellow means they are the ones that I used) here is the one that I made.

I waited there at the starting line. ‘CRACK’ It echoed around the arena. In an instant I darted from the starting line like a lightning bolt ’patter patter patter’ The people’s feet behind The other racer’s puffing and their breath behind me filled my ears combined with the sound of My heart beating.

• I am running an 800 meter track race

• The guides in the high-vis jackets telling me where to stand

• The loud crack of the starting pistol.

• I darted from the starting line like a lightning bolt.
• The audience cheering 
• The people’s feet behind me - pattering, lightly thudding
• The other racer’s puffing and their breath behind me
• My heart beating
• The commentator
