1. What does the scenery look like in Hunter’s Gold. Use descriptive words. 

it looks like there's been a drought and it looks like it would be really hot

2. How do you think the little boy felt when his father didn’t return? Why do you think he felt that way?
   devastated because his fathers stuff was there but not his father
3. Think of time when you haven’t seen someone for a long time. Who was it? Why couldn’t you see them? How were you feeling while you waited to see them again?

i had to not see my dad when i was around 5 because he had to travel away to another country he was gone for 6 months i was sad

Three things i have learnt about the NZ gold rush

1. The first person to find gold in NZ was Gabriel Read 

2. Gabriel Read returned to Tasmania where he spent the rest of his years in a mental hospital

3. The Otago gold rush peaked in the mid-1860's

Arts kete is finally over.
